1. LPG and light oil are by-products of our factory. Currently, they are loaded using pressure difference, and each loading process takes a long time (3 hours); moreover, the gaseous phase is essentially wasted. Now, we need to add an additional loading pump to allow the gaseous phase to be returned to the storage tank, so that it can be reused for loading LPG and light oil. The storage tanks are two 100-cubic-meter horizontal tanks, located about 10 meters from the loading platform; the liquid outlet pipe has a diameter of DN50, and the pressure in the tanks is 6–9 kilograms. We need an additional loading pump with a capacity of 50 cubic meters per hour; it would be ideal if this pump can be used for loading both LPG and light oil. I’m seeking help from the knowledgeable friends at Haichuan to select the appropriate model. Manufacturers that can meet these requirements can get in touch with me. 2. For LNG loading, the pump needs to be pre-cooled for 30 minutes before starting operation. Since the pressure at the inlet of the unit is high, it is not possible to return the gas that is released; is there any good way to recover this natural gas?

A valve can be installed at the end of the pipeline; it is closed after loading is complete, and only a small portion of fluid is released beyond that valve.
