For temperature measurement in two-stage gas stoves, is it better to use a thermal resistor or a thermocouple? What scale is used for thermocouples?
Isn’t the decision to use a thermal resistance or a thermocouple based on temperature? The operating environment shouldn’t have much of an impact, right? Use thermal resistors at low temperatures and thermocouples at high temperatures – it depends on the actual operating temperature and the design temperature.
