Issues related to the touch screen used in automatic centrifuges

Has anyone used the centrifuges produced by Jiangsu BGI Centrifuge Factory? The touchscreen of the automatic centrifuge used in our unit is broken, so we asked the warehouse to buy a new touchscreen with the same dimensions. Does this new one require the relevant software to be downloaded again before it can be used? If so, how do I download it, and where? Can users download it by themselves, or does it have to be done by the manufacturer? If you know, please advise. Thank you:handshake

The manufacturer must handle it. Or have the manufacturer send you the program, and you can download and install it. The program is a set of scripts for creating graphics developed by the manufacturer; it’s not one of those graphic creation programs available on the Internet

It’s necessary; ordinary manufacturers won’t give it to you – you have to take it to the manufacturer so that they can handle it
