Everyone, what should be the ideal measurement range for a thermometer used in circulating water? Those we use range from 0–100°C to 0–150°C, but the return temperature of the circulating water is within 40°C.
0–100℃ is sufficient. For temperature measurement, it is important that the temperature range does not exceed the actual operating range by too much, and that the required measurement accuracy be moderate
I agree with the opinion above; it’s sufficient to ensure operations within a reasonable range of testing. The range of 0–100°C meets the requirements, and the precision is also adequate.
The range of 0–100℃ is the best, as the return temperature of the circulating water is generally between 40 and 50℃. Under abnormal conditions, such as when the circulating water flow is insufficient or when the heat exchangers in a new installation are highly efficient, it is possible for the return temperature of the circulating cooling water to exceed 60–70℃.
Different processes require different specifications, right? Our circulating water temperature is between 20 and 30 degrees, while the recycled water temperature should be below 45 degrees
