Dear experts~~~ Those furnaces currently use burners that integrate ignition and operation functions. Which manufacturer produces them, and what is their performance? Please feel free to share your insights:$
The burners of space furnaces should be integrated
The integrated burner is a product developed by Xi’an Aerospace Yuanzheng. The Space Expedition project optimized the start-up burner and pilot burner of Shell’s pulverized coal pressurized gasification process into start-up burners with automatic ignition functions (integrated start-up burners). Safe and efficient ignition was successfully achieved. This new integrated start-up burner was successfully put into operation at Yunnan Tianan Chemical Co., Ltd. on May 9, 2011. It has the following advantages: ① A newly designed head that prevents tempering from occurring ； ②There is a low-temperature combustion zone in the head to ensure its safety ； ⑧The head features self-cooling, ensuring safety and reliability ； ④Equipped with high-energy ignition for a high success rate, effectively reducing the startup time of the gasification furnace ； ⑤The flame is stable and convergent, with a total length not exceeding 1.5 meters ； ⑥The oxygen-to-oil ratio has a wide adjustment range and is easy to operate ； ⑦The ignition rod comes with built-in signal feedback ； ⑧Flame monitoring in the gasifier is thorough, and the interlock system is well-developed ； ⑨Easy to install, saving time and effort.
The integrated burner of the SHELL gasification unit at Hubei Fertilizer Plant also achieved a successful ignition on January 8, 2013; it was shut down several times due to other external factors, but each time it was restarted, the integrated burner succeeded in igniting with ease. This thing is indeed very useful for starting up the SHELL gasifier – it’s simple, reliable, and convenient.

It seems that Xi’an has more than just Yuanzheng as a supplier; it appears that Hongyuan Gas can also handle this task. When they introduced themselves to our factory, they said they could provide integrated burners as well. We still keep in touch with them from time to time.
