Electric water heater cable wiring

Our workshop has three electric water heaters with a rating of 18KW and 27.2A each; what thickness of cable is suitable? :)
A standard plastic-insulated cable with 3 times 6 squared plus 1 times 4 squared will suffice.

It’s a bit wasteful, isn’t it, for our electrician chief to use 3X16+1X10 cables?
For YJV 3*6+1*4, the current-carrying capacity is 40A for the three-core version and 55A for the four-core version, which is sufficient. I wonder if there are any secrets behind it:sleepy:
