What are the regulatory requirements for the instrument cabinet room? For example, the distance between the cabinet and the wall. . .
It’s best to consult a chemical engineering design manual; there is a section specifically dedicated to control rooms. In my own experience, when drawing diagrams, the distance between cabinets should be at least 1.5 meters if the space between them is limited; if the space is larger, 2 meters is ideal. The distance between a cabinet and the wall depends on whether the cabinet has back doors or side doors, but it should generally also be at least 1 meter. (Some specifications state it should be no less than 0.5; for routine maintenance testing, it should be no less than 1.2)
