Insulation, heat retention, and airtightness technologies for energy-efficient doors and windows ； 3. Centralized heating and combined heat, power, and cooling generation technologies ； 4. Temperature control and individual heat metering technologies and devices for heating systems ； 5. Application technologies and equipment for renewable energy sources such as solar energy and geothermal energy ； 6. Energy-saving technologies and products for building lighting ； 7. Energy-saving technologies and products for air conditioning cooling ； 8. Other energy-saving technologies and energy management techniques that are mature in terms of technology and highly effective. It is stated that the list of building energy-saving products and technologies that are encouraged for promotion, application, and phasing out is formulated by the construction administrative department under the State Council ； The construction administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government may, in conjunction with this catalog, formulate catalogs of building energy-saving components and technologies that are suitable for their respective regions and that should be encouraged for adoption and promotion as well as phased out.
