In oil pipeline projects, it was only after the construction drawings were prepared that it was discovered that the safety and health sections prepared during the feasibility study phase had not yet been reviewed. Do any experts have any suggestions on how to address this issue? If others say a re-review is needed, then what should be done with the dates and the standards used? Do you want the latest one? If it is changed to the latest standards and those used in the construction drawings, won’t it no longer be compatible?
