Grouting slurry materials are classified into: cement grouting, cement mortar grouting, clay grouting, cement-clay grouting, silicate grouting, sodium grouting, or chemical grouting using polymer solutions. Working principle of the grouting mortar pump: 1. It delivers the mortar pressure into the cracks and fault zones in the foundation of a building, as well as into the joints and cracks within the building itself. 2. Grouting can enhance the impermeability and integrity of the strata or structures that are grouted, improve the conditions of the foundation, and ensure the safe operation of hydraulic structures. 3. Classified by the composition of the stratum to be grouted: rock grouting, karst grouting, gravel layer grouting, and fine sand layer grouting. 4. Classified by grouting pressure: conventional pressure grouting with a pressure less than 40×105 Pa, and high-pressure grouting with a pressure greater than 40×105 Pa. 5. Classified by grouting mechanism: pressurized grouting that uses normal pressure, and splitting grouting that employs higher pressure to widen existing cracks in the rock or create new cracks.
