The temperature has been dropping continuously these days, and the mixing system in our factory has been experiencing malfunctions one after another, which has affected production. The faults mainly include the following aspects: sliding hammer issues, bent hammer rods, inadequate lubrication of the guide wheels, and frequent replacement of the elastic wheels. I hope all my friends can come up with some ideas; please help!
1. Check the tightness of all fasteners; if any are loose, tighten them promptly. 2. Check the welded parts and eccentric iron for cracks and damage; any such cracks or damage should be repaired or replaced promptly. 3. Check the tightness of the belt; replace it if necessary if it does not meet the requirements. 4. Check whether the hand pump is working properly, whether there are any cracks in the platen, and whether there is any damage, loss, or reduction in the clamping jaws. 5. Check the oil level in the oil tank, and regularly add lubricating oil and grease that meet the specified requirements, as indicated in the manual. 6. Check for leaks in the hydraulic system, as well as whether the cylinders are moving synchronously and without any crawling motion. 4.6.9 Observe the rotation, temperature rise, noise, and vibration of motors and electrical appliances. 7. Check whether the safety protection devices are firm and reliable. 8. When the issue falls outside the scope of self-check and self-repair, and the operator is unable to fix it or get it back into use, it should be reported to the maintenance team promptly for handling
