As usual, a quantitative assessment is conducted on the work performed by moderators during the month; those with a comprehensive score below 999 points will receive a bonus amount corresponding to their score, while those with a score above 999 points will receive a bonus of 999 wealth points. Unqualified moderators are downgraded to regular moderators, while unqualified regular moderators are removed from their positions outright. Regular moderators who achieve excellent performance in assessments for two consecutive months are promoted to moderators. Outstanding moderators (real* moderators) will be given additional value rewards. All moderators in the coal chemical industry section (including deputy super moderators) as well as some experts from the technical teams in this section are requested to reply to these posts.
