The instructions state that it is for single-use; even if it isn’t used after opening, it can be used in cases of fire or similar emergencies later on?
By \"one-time use,\" it means that the effect is only guaranteed for the first use; there is no guarantee regarding its effectiveness when used a second time. If there’s money, of course it’s updated. If there is no funding for this purpose, it’s still better to have something in place in case of a fire than to have nothing at all; it’s somewhat better than nothing
