SRS Company does not specify any requirements for anti-washing; there is no such thing as forward flushing or reverse flushing – it can simply be washed, and generally, washing is not necessary. What company are you from, and what is the SRS model?
Thank you. The equipment in my company isn’t Italian-made; it’s domestic. It has been in use for just 1 month, but it got clogged after 15 days of operation. It worked fine after being flushed, and at first I thought it was due to improper flushing after installation. However, it got clogged again after another 10 days of use. I would like to know more about how your equipment performs, as I can’t figure out why it gets clogged. We use dechlorinated brine, which doesn’t contain any substances with high molecular weights. My operating pressure is 0.3 MPa. What is your operating pressure? Is it usually not necessary to rinse?

It is necessary to install devices such as pH meters, activated carbon towers, and safety filters before the water enters the membrane. As a result, some companies experience membrane clogging right after starting up operations, and the root cause of this is poor pre-treatment quality. Therefore, the key to operating this technology is to ensure that all parameters are within acceptable limits before allowing water to reach the membrane. Otherwise, it is better not to use the system at all than to risk damaging the membranes, as each membrane is very expensive!
