What is the correct method for draining waste from a transmitter that is in use? . :lol
It doesn’t seem to have any special requirements. If discharge is indeed necessary, it can be done while the machine is stopped, or the interlock can be disabled as long as it doesn’t affect the normal operation of the equipment
I’m not really sure about this. For the level gauges that our company uses, I know how to drain them. Because the level gauges produced by Hongrui Instruments make it very convenient for customers to discharge waste water.
There are no special requirements; as long as it can be coordinated with the manufacturing process and removing the interlock does not affect the normal operation of the equipment, it is acceptable. It can be done at any time; we usually discharge waste on a regular basis :)

For those with interlocks, disable the interlocks before proceeding with waste discharge (of course, it is necessary to contact the operators, as otherwise huge changes in parameters can shock them)； 2. Sequence for disabling the three-valve assembly: turn off negative pressure, turn on balance, turn off positive pressure. Enable table: Enable positive pressure, disable balance, enable negative pressure.
