A rough calculation will suffice to get the result. However, to put it into actual operation, it is necessary to consider whether the process is reasonable, as well as to calculate the costs of equipment investment, site requirements, and operation and maintenance expenses, in order to determine its economic viability.
Do any manufacturers use this method? Share some experience.

Our factory has been upgraded using this process. Since it’s the first year, the exact amount of savings hasn’t been calculated yet, but there will be significant savings. In the past, during winter, a lot of steam was required to operate the E273 heat exchangers; after the upgrade, almost no steam is needed anymore – only a small amount is required when it’s extremely cold. The temperature of the pure water has increased from over 20 degrees to over 60 degrees, and the flow rate is around 10 cubic meters. We have a plant with a capacity of around 70,000 tons. The owner might want to consider this option; the cost of the upgrade isn’t very high either..................
We operate at full capacity during winter and don’t need steam heating~
