How to write a workshop improvement plan?

Could that expert tell us how to draft a plan for improving the workshop? Write that content? Would it be good to share a model essay? :(
I’ve seen a reform plan full of spelling mistakes and incorrect information; key figures were inaccurate, and vague expressions were used in their place... I hope someone with more expertise can offer some guidance.
