Where is the layout diagram for the heating coil of the 30,000 cubic meter external floating roof tank (with a diameter of 40 meters)? ! Urgent! ! For storing residue oil (a raw material for coking), we have calculated that the required heating area is around 400 square meters. We plan to use 80 sets of heating coils; each set consists of 4 pipes with a DN50 diameter, and each pipe is 6 meters long. We are considering either a circular or serpentine arrangement for these coils, and we’re not sure whether this design is suitable. Additionally, we need to figure out how to arrange these 80 sets of coils.
For this 400-square-meter heater, I’m not sure what type you are using； Are they in a sheet format or in the form of coiled tubes? Those in a sheet format are likely vertical, water-free types with heaters; the arrangement of these components generally needs to be determined based on actual conditions, taking into account other equipment inside the tank. There should be an appropriate distance from the central drainage system, and attention must be paid to the elevation levels of the inlet and outlet ports. During installation, care should be taken to ensure that the connection pipes are not made too short. The specific drawings will depend on the layout plan of your tank, as well as the arrangement of the floating disk supports
