I would like to ask here: how should pressure testing be carried out on valves in ammonia pipelines? What is the test pressure?
I remember the standard for pressure testing valves, GB13927; it used to be GB4981. You should check that out. If it is to be used, you can inflate the pipeline along with it after installation to conduct a pressure test for leaks, as well as a pressure retention test. The process of inflating and increasing pressure should be done slowly, and it’s best to develop a specific pressure testing plan
