I’m Han Chinese, haha. I don’t know what ‘qiegao’ is. The problem is that nowadays, mothers-in-law only care about the property ownership certificate, right? ;P
Well, you’re right. Parents certainly don’t want their children to spend too much money. But we act according to our capabilities and don’t buy them often. ;I’ve already bought it, and actually I can accept it in my heart.
Send them with peace of mind, send them with comfort, and spend a few more days with your parents.
