Is there any thermal calculation software for hot blast stoves? Manual calculations are too troublesome; using software can save a lot of time.:

My graduation project is a top-fired regenerative hot blast stove; I’m seeking exchanges with those who are experienced in this field!

It’s just a combustion calculation, determining the amount of fuel, the amounts of material at the inlets and outlets, and the temperatures at those points. I calculated it using frnc-5pc; actually, many other options can be used as well, such as htri, aspen, and pro2. It’s just a matter of making a slight change by entering some unnecessary parameters; try to use values that are as small as possible, as long as it doesn’t affect the overall result.

It’s a combustion calculation – you determine the theoretical amount of air required based on the composition of the coal, as well as the combustion temperature, etc. There are Excel-based thermal calculation tools available on Baidu Wenku that you can download.
