This post was last edited by lovestory on 2012-12-13 at 16:45. What is the main function of the valve in the pipeline from the outlet of the cyclocompressor to the inlet of the synthesis compressor? It is dual-purpose and driven by one drive. There is an anti-surge device from the outlet to the inlet of the synthetic compressor itself.
I’m not clear about the process; could you provide a simple diagram of Liu Chen? The two controllers may be one from the unit’s own interlock protection and the other from the process system’s ESD.
It should be a large-loop system, used in conjunction with the operations at the front end of the plant when it starts up. The anti-surge valve of the synthesis compressor can be set to manual mode, and the valve located on the pipeline from the outlet of the circulation compressor to the inlet of the synthesis compressor should be kept at a certain opening degree; it can then be closed once the unit is operating normally.
