Every year, for projects involving newly laid wiring, on-site installation of instruments, and indoor wiring, a large amount of tools such as wire strippers and needle-nose pliers are required； But the tools that are distributed actually either are counterfeit or of poor quality; reporting issues yields no result as they won’t allow purchases, so one has to use those provided uniformly. The hands get blisters from using wire cutters within just two days, and the spring in them ends up broken ； When using pliers to cut wires, they break right at the neck of the wire. Working in such cold weather is already difficult enough, and this makes things even more frustrating. As the saying goes, \"To do a good job, one must first have good tools.\" I no longer need to have tools provided for me; I buy them myself. However, with so many options available, I’m not sure how to choose the right brand, quality, or suitability. I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice. Thank you
Buy it from a professional tool shop. I think you get what you pay for; the more expensive ones are generally better.
In engineering, for all tasks other than wiring, it’s important to wear gloves – you definitely can’t risk hurting yourself. :lol

Staedtler and Stanley’s tools are both good, but you get what you pay for – high-quality items are always more expensive. You might consider buying them online
Indeed, the tools provided by foreign companies to engineers are of high quality; those made in China tend to cause problems – their quality is poor
