Distance between buried liquefied hydrocarbon tanks and the plant perimeter wall

A small chemical company that uses chloromethane as one of its raw materials stores it in a 60-cubic-meter tank. If the tank is buried, what should be the distance between it and the factory’s perimeter wall in meters? Is Note 5 applicable or not? 2. Must the distance from the wall of the adjacent factory be 120m?

Personal opinion: Note 5 can be applied; the distance between buried storage tanks and adjacent walls can certainly be reduced. It also depends on what kind of enterprise is adjacent. Moreover, since this substance is toxic, we can’t rely solely on fire safety regulations
