It’s not due to a lack of ability; it’s to save on costs
It’s hard to say! It’s normal to cut costs! Just start it then! Change it once you start using it!
Personally, I am not in favor of companies resorting to layoffs so frequently; layoffs merely indicate that such companies do not respect the efforts of their workers
If the company’s performance is poor, layoffs are inevitable. Each company is different; some consider employees’ performance, while others just make arbitrary decisions and fire people they don’t like.
A company that lacks humanity still claims to be entering the New Year’s season; taking such actions at this time is highly offensive, and working there provides no sense of security. It’s recommended to add such companies to a blacklist
The company has also started doing this recently, but it’s not through direct layoffs; instead, employees whose contracts expire at the end of that period have their contracts not renewed, no matter how many years they have worked there. Alas!
Our company also failed to renew the contract when it expired, and now they’re taking drastic actions. :)
I no longer care about the size of a company when looking for a job; larger companies aren’t necessarily better either… Ugh, what kind of crappy companies are these?
Look at the benefits, the career prospects, the team, and the atmosphere. No matter how big a company is, if there’s flattery, backstabbing, and terrible treatment, it’s still shit
