Simple question: Single-flange level gauge

The single-flange level gauge of the buffer tank in my company shows normal readings on the DCS, but it displays a negative value on-site. What could be the reason for this?
Is the zero point of your transmitter set below zero?
If the DCS is functioning properly, it indicates that the 4-20 mA signal has been normal. What unit is displayed on-site? Is it a percentage or pressure? Pressure values can be negative
Can the displayed table header be removed? Try another one.
In that case, the first thing to consider is whether your level gauge is installed at the top or the bottom of the tank. Next, check what type of single-flange level gauge you have, what its principle is, and what its structural design is. Also, check whether the range of your gauge is set correctly.
Is it an open container or a closed container?
I think we should consider the unit, range, and positive/negative offset
