It’s quite confusing to distinguish the functions of the evaporator, condenser, and carburetor
The control purposes are different. An evaporator is a device that causes a certain medium to evaporate when it enters it; strict control over pressure and temperature is not necessarily required ； A condenser that causes a gas phase or gas-liquid mixture to liquefy upon entering it ； A vaporizer is a device that vaporizes a medium, and it generally requires certain pressure and temperature conditions.
The transformation of a liquid into a gas is called evaporation, while the reverse process, from gas to liquid, is called condensation
