High consumption, poor market conditions – no year-end bonus?

Is it possible to do that?) Is it just bragging? I thought about it, and aside from the PX consumed in combustion within the oxidation reactor, it is mainly used up in the refined mother liquor. Could everyone help analyze other possible reasons? What are some ways to reduce consumption? Otherwise, there’s no way I’ll get this year-end bonus; the Taiwanese boss is too stingy. Thank you all.
I’ve heard that some companies use metal sintering for PTA mother liquor recovery. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this method compared to filter cloth? Is the recycling efficiency different as well? What about investing? It would be great if refining could be done without mother liquor; it’s just as good as oxidation. It’s best to extract only small amounts, otherwise I really can’t think of any other solution. What are some good ways?
What a tragedy; it seems that 10 units of energy consumption isn’t a big deal. What’s unfortunate is the year-end bonus
