Please share how much time it takes for the equipment in your facility to go from heating and purging to cooling and collecting liquid, and finally to producing qualified products ? What temperature is considered acceptable for long-term parking with heating and purging? Which point’s temperature is mainly being monitored?
It usually takes around 20 hours here; during the heating and purging process, the dew point is measured, and it’s roughly around -50 degrees!
