In petrochemical companies, those who are in charge of maintenance, especially those working in the workshops, do a lot of work yet don’t hold much status. Do you feel the same?
Then go work the shift; the shift workers even envy you
Who said that? We’ve got our butts stuck way up in the air over here
State-owned enterprises have their own set of difficulties; relationships are of the utmost importance. In private enterprises, it mainly depends on the individual.
Are private enterprises relatively much better? If you have the ability, you can do better! But I’ve paid far more than those with connections! ! ! None of it is easy! ! I hope you can do your work while also doing something you’re interested in! Like LOL! ! ! Haha! It’s a source of comfort! My buddy has been self-studying C+ lately! ! ! Hehe
It’s all very difficult; how can those who have never been in management handle it?

Adjust your mindset, and maybe you won’t feel miserable anymore; it depends on the individual. In fact, life is miserable; one always sees others as better off, no matter how high one’s status may be.
Think more about it: why do we work? What are my long-term plans? How can I achieve them? If you look further ahead, there’s no need to worry about short-term gains and losses. Adjust your mindset – there is no absolute fairness in this world. Either accept what fate brings and go with the flow, or strive hard to seize opportunities on your own.
Work hard, and I believe there will be a bright future!
Whether in petrochemical companies or other types of enterprises, the main issue is a lack of capability. If you are an expert in technology within your organization, even if you are just a technician, people will still respect you. This is something I have learned from my several years of work experience. In our organization, those who lack competence will be spoken about behind their backs even if they hold a high position; whereas those who are competent, even if they don’t hold a high position and earn less, are respected.
