I would appreciate it if a fellow member could provide information on the operating procedures and precautions for producing heavy soda ash using the liquid-phase hydration method. Thank you very much; I’m waiting urgently for this information

These confidential methods and procedures have been gradually developed over time through production experience, and no one shares them.
I don’t think there is anything secret about the liquid-phase hydration process; what should be kept secret is the equipment used for liquid-phase hydration.
The equipment itself isn’t really considered confidential these days; I think it’s the control parameters that are more important.
The equipment and parameters are kept confidential; the parameters provided by Tianjian are exaggerated, and it’s not necessarily true that what Tianjian offers is the accurate value.
No one will provide this; it’s purely a confidential document in the workshop
I wonder if Tianjian’s siblings are involved in the HaiChuan community; if so, they could share a few details.
