Our company carried out maintenance work on the equipment of a chemical plant in June this year. The contract specified that the 2009 pricing standards for petrochemical maintenance should be applied. When processing the invoices, all the heat exchangers in question were shell-and-tube heat exchangers; which sub-item of those standards should I use? ? ? ! ! ! Inspection and maintenance of floating-head heat exchangers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, and high-pressure heat exchangers. . . . I’m kneeling and begging for someone experienced to give me some guidance; I’m really lost here. . . . . It would be best if an experienced friend could help answer, but if not, everyone can still share their suggestions.
Shell and tube heat exchangers include floating head heat exchangers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, and certain high-pressure heat exchangers, etc. Please further classify your company’s shell and tube heat exchangers to determine which type they belong to. You can also list the models so that fellow sailors can help sort them out.
It belongs to the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger. . . . . . There is no fixed quota. . . . .
