For atmospheric-pressure dome storage tanks with a 100 mm insulation layer on the outside, what are the requirements regarding the civil engineering foundation conditions?
It has no impact on the civil engineering conditions. The insulation layer is directly wrapped around the tank wall and has no connection to the civil foundation.
