Use pipe clamp valves on lime water pipelines? What are the quality requirements?

I am considering using clamp valves in the lime water pipeline system, and I’m not sure whether to opt for domestic or imported ones. I want to choose domestic valves, but I’m worried about issues related to corrosion resistance and wear resistance. I hope fellow sailors can offer some suggestions and analysis
Domestic pipe clamp valves work fine. Wear-resistant.
I wonder what material you use for the lime water pipelines? Steel pipe or plastic-lined pipe?
Are lime water pipelines transported using steel pipes? I don’t know how long it will last? I heard that many people use lined pipes; I’m not sure if that’s true
Our lime milk pipeline is made of carbon steel; it has been in use for almost 30 years with no problems.
Lime water is CaOH2, right? It’s fine to use it in steel pipes, but it can cause clogging
