There are safety hazards during construction that cannot be eliminated in a timely manner. What would everyone do in such situations? As the project owner, I think the usual approach is to suspend construction and hold special safety meetings; for tasks with high risks, expert evaluations should be conducted. I wonder what others would do? Can the construction party or the supervision party prepare safety assessment reports in order to avoid responsibility? Are they capable of preparing such reports?
