The three 15,000-ton nitro-sulfur units at the tall tower have reached a production capacity of 6,500 tons, with a daily output of 1,000 tons. Yesterday, I took the fertilizer I produced and applied it to the fields to see how it would work! I also watered the spider plants in the office; they’re growing well – new buds have appeared, and they look lush and green! I think this must be the effect of the fertilizer!

OP, is it easy to produce nitrosyl high towers?
Nitrosulfur compounds generally do not require fillers. Ordinary high tower manufacturers do not have the necessary certification for ammonium nitrate; therefore, they use ammonium nitrate with a relatively low phosphorus content, and no fillers are needed in such cases
May I ask the original poster: “For the high-tower nitro-sulfur process, 3 units of 15 have reached 6,500 tons, with a daily production capacity of 1,000 tons.” I have a question for the original poster: The 3 types of 15-nitro-sulfur-based compound fertilizers are the most difficult to produce. With a production capacity of 1,000 tons per day, does this refer to the output of two towers or just one tower?
I guess it must be the output of the twin towers!
A single tower is capable of achieving this production level. The capacity I am designing for a single tower is 300,000 tons per year, which is equivalent to 1,000 tons per day. Continuous production.

If a single tower can achieve a daily output of 1,000, its design must be quite tall
