Different types have varying service lives; some last only 3 to 4 years. The distribution of products in the later stages of operation makes this clear, so it’s important to conduct inspections during shutdowns~~~ The catalytic operation cycle generally lasts more than 3 to 4 years, and the nozzles are key components that require attention; preparations for replacement should be made before shutting down~~~
I don’t know the specific model, but it should last for about seven or eight years without any problems. We’ve been using ours for five years and it’s still in good condition.
With better materials, the lifespan is longer. When in operation, a high solid content results in a shorter lifespan. It’s hard to say, but generally it should last for two or three years with no problems.
It is generally replaced every cycle; the flow velocity inside the nozzle is very high, and although there is no wear on the outside, it is not certain whether the condition inside remains unchanged. Nozzles aren’t too expensive either; it’s better to replace them every 3 years.
Here, we usually replace them every 2 cycles, depending mainly on the usage of the nozzle!
