To what extent can the accuracy of the selected heat exchanger be controlled? For example, in cases involving steam and water, it is required that the inlet and outlet temperatures be 80/60°C. Based on these requirements, what range can the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger be kept within? What should be done if a large difference in temperature is not allowed, given that no one can precisely determine the value of the heat transfer coefficient. I hope someone knowledgeable can help.
