The value of that project wasn’t large, but it was related to the JUNFANG project in a small country. The domestic exporter was a company with a name starting with the character \"Zhong\". At that time, I thought that completing this project would count as a pretty good achievement. Moreover, the final selling price yielded a decent profit, so throughout the entire project, I worked diligently to oversee everything: finding suppliers, obtaining quotes, conducting inspections, checking the quality of the goods, handling packaging, and ensuring that all aspects were met properly. It wasn’t until all the equipment was delivered that I could finally breathe a sigh of relief! (Actually, I felt quite accomplished at that time!) ! ) HOWEVER, here’s the problem: a few days ago the customer reported that they had finally opened the boxes abroad and started installing them, only to find that everything was there, but… . . . . There’s not enough information! ! ! Ah~~ah~~~, why didn’t I open the box to check at that time? Why didn’t I report the problem back then? ； Why wasn’t it suggested to make more backups of the documents at that time? Sigh~~~ I have no choice but to go back to the supplier and ask for the information again, dejectedly! ! ! But what do I do if they ignore me? ! ! :'(

If there is a lack of information, it needs to be supplemented, and it’s not easy for suppliers to do that! On a previous project, the client provided me with 6 sets of drawings, but that wasn’t enough. I asked the client for more, and they became very impatient!
Hehe, all the documents need to be archived first; if necessary, they have to be copied. It’s better than having nothing, no matter who pays for it.

It depends on how the contract was signed How many copies of the documents are specified in the contract? Anything beyond the requirements of the contract can be discussed further.
There is always a price to pay for what one gains; for example, having money but no time, having a career but losing health, being loyal yet unable to fulfill one’s filial duties, and so on.
