Does the Yokogawa clip 543 often report faults?

The Yokogawa card model 543 often reports errors after installation; after reinserting it, it works fine for a while before errors occur again. After consulting the manufacturer, they said it might be due to poor contact or issues with the pin connectors. Upon inspection, no problems were found. Could the card be damaged? If anyone knows the answer, please let me know---
Do you have any spare parts? Just try replacing it and you’ll know!
The 543 card in my system also often has this problem; fortunately, it’s a redundant card. Looking forward to an answer!

AAI543 is an AO output card. “It often malfunctions; after being reconnected, it works fine for a while before malfunctioning again,...” This situation is usually caused by “overload” at the output. The card will switch to “redundant backup card B”, while the original “active card A” will stop being active and trigger an alarm. At this point, if card A is not brought back to active status, card B will remain active and will not switch again (since card A is not in backup mode and there is no other card to switch to). If, however, card A is brought back to active mode by reconnection, then once overload occurs again after some time, card B will go through the same process as card A: it will switch to “redundant backup card A”............ So, the key issue is “overload” at the output. There is at least one circuit in this card that sometimes experiences “overload or >20MA”: (short circuits, water intrusion, etc.). Note the word “sometimes”. If it’s “always”, then as soon as the backup card becomes active, the card will switch over.
