The turbine experiences jumps when load is increased

I would like to ask the experts: our factory’s 3000 KW/h backpressure steam turbine is a unit supplied by Shandong Qingneng Power Equipment Co., Ltd., a company based in Qingzhou. During load adjustment while in operation, when the load reaches 2000 kW, it automatically jumps to 2500 kW; after operating for a while, it drops back down again, and then fluctuates between 2000 kW and 2500 kW. The equipment manufacturer said that all the turbines produced by their company exhibit this load inflection point. I would like to ask whether other users of turbines produced by this manufacturer also experience this phenomenon; it may not be in the 2000–2500 KW range ； Additionally, I would like to ask whether, as the equipment manufacturer claims, this turning point is inevitable for all turbines, and whether turbines produced by other turbine manufacturers do not experience this issue.
