The feed flow rate decreases, the raw coke changes, and the temperatures of the dense and dilute phases in the regenerator change.
It depends on how much the amount differs after full operation compared to the current level; as long as the atomization effect is maintained, that’s sufficient. An excessive amount isn’t beneficial, as the cost of treating wastewater alone would be very high
