Trial production of the Datang Hulunbuir fertilizer project approved

On December 20, 2012, the 180,000 tons per year ammonia synthesis and 300,000 tons per year urea production project of Datang Hulunbuir Fertilizer Company received approval from the Environmental Protection Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to commence trial production. The total investment in this project is 1.94 billion yuan; it uses local lignite as raw material and employs a non-slag/slag water-coal slurry staged gasification process. Construction of the project began in May 2008; the gasification unit was successfully tested in June 2012, and the entire process line was operational by July.
Is it really true that driving went smoothly?
It belongs to the first generation of Tsinghua furnaces; the slurry concentration is around 50%, and economic efficiency still needs to be improved further. We hope that Datang can bring us good news. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
