Dear friends in the Dashboard section: Over the past year of 2012, thanks to everyone’s active participation, mutual assistance, and selfless sharing, the fine traditions of the Dashboard section have continued to be upheld. It has maintained a strong momentum of development, with a harmonious atmosphere that has kept its popularity high. Whenever we visit Haichuan, we feel a sense of pride and honor that arises naturally. Everyone contributes silently, and everyone also reaps the rewards silently. We’re wondering what exactly has provided us with so much spiritual nourishment What invisible force is it that drives the healthy development of this sector? We considered the following aspects: (1) Those who engage in in-depth technical discussions and proactively help others. Technological advancements in the field of instrumentation are progressing rapidly, and this specialty covers a wide range of areas. Being able to use one’s extensive knowledge to assist so many people who are completely unknown is truly a sign of both virtue and competence; such individuals represent the most valuable human resources in our community. (2) Those who share materials selflessly. It’s because of the massive amount of information that Haichuan’s website appears frequently in search engines ； Thanks to your contributions, our database is becoming increasingly rich. (3) Those who regularly read posts and actively rate others. This is the most obscure group; by giving those in the marine community encouragement and surprises without even realizing it, your recognition gives everyone more motivation to participate in these exchanges. Do you know? Rating others does not cost you any money; it is a right granted to you automatically by the system, and this is what truly sets Haichuan apart from other forums. Give it a try; once you become addicted, you might worry that you won’t be able to stop! (4) Those who pay attention to their own topic posts and rate each reply post or respond with thanks. It’s just a small gesture, but it shows that you have a grateful heart. A request for help you post may not yield any practical assistance, but it might help broaden your thinking and inspire you. Even if the replies are of a generic nature, at least they bring your post to the forefront, allowing more people to assist you. We highly appreciate the original poster’s practice of rating replies, as this ensures that the efforts of each participant are recognized and rewarded, even when the management team is unable to pay attention to everyone. At Haichuan, I can exchange ideas with colleagues from various industries across the country, as well as with netizens, in order to improve together. It’s truly delightful to be able to help others and receive help in return. Whenever I have time, I go to Haichuan to see the new problems, discoveries, information, and technologies brought forward by my colleagues. I learn various experiences and knowledge related to instrument maintenance, which directly contributes to the improvement of my own work. I’m grateful for the platform provided by Haichuan, as well as to my colleagues there. I wish all members of this big Haichuan family happiness, health, and smiles in the new year. :hug:
I have also been learning about instrumentation for 1.5 years; I’m just starting out. I’m very glad to be able to discuss issues, exchange skills, share insights, and pass on information with so many mentors and peers on the Haichuan Forum platform. After all, in real workplaces, there aren’t necessarily as many selfless mentors and friends as there are online; the workplace I’m in has a very poor environment for learning, as much knowledge is only shared with those who are related by blood. I hope everyone can cherish these opportunities. It’s been over two years since I started working here, and thanks to Hai Chuan, I’ve been able to keep learning and growing… On my path of growth and learning, I thank those seniors and colleagues who have helped me; thank you for your generous guidance. Since registering in 2008, due to a lack of experience, I have dived more at Haichuan and spoken less； Ask much, give little. And that’s how, with Hai Chuan’s companionship and assistance, I gradually took part in the design and on-site work of the project, and learned and grew a lot. I am grateful for the enthusiastic help from my colleagues over the years. In the future, I will continue to learn from my senior peers and do my best to contribute to the success of Haichuan.
Haha, it’s an honor. These three words truly reflect my current mood. However, I believe that HaiChuan should not only possess the spirit of Hainan’s many rivers but also the elegance that comes from the waves washing away sand.
