We are the manufacturers of casting platform plates. The workers in our factory work overtime, often staying up all night, and their faces and hands end up covered in dirt after working, but the products they produce are extremely beautiful.
The poster is in Botou; there are many such factories there, and workers deal with graphite on a daily basis.
Traditional casting methods are indeed quite dirty and labor-intensive.
There are also many mechanical shaping machines available nowadays, which reduce the labor intensity significantly compared to manual methods. The proportion of handcrafted shapes will gradually decrease.
