In 2012, the company’s business expanded significantly, but there was little progress in the area of work I was responsible for; the projects involved were merely small-scale technical improvements. As a result, my income was much lower than that of others. It seems that the company focuses on areas of business where costs are low and profits are minimal – after all, the company avoids engaging in any activities that would result in losses. Therefore, it seems clearly detrimental to personal development, but with young children and many household responsibilities, how can I get out of this situation in 2013? There are two registration certificates, but it seems they’re not of much use; I’m really frustrated. . . . . .
With a family comes responsibility, and many things become intertwined!

As long as you have the means, there’s nothing to fear; just discuss with your family where to go, and that’s fine.
