What filter cloth is used in centrifuges for the production of light calcium carbonate? What is the material of the filter cloth? Thread count?

We ran into that problem too – the filter fabric didn’t work well and a lot of material leaked through. In the end we used fabric made from fine polyester, but since our products are different, we can’t guarantee the same results!
What process is used to produce calcium carbonate?
If it’s truly impossible to find a suitable filter cloth, I suggest adding an additional fine filtration step after the centrifuge to recover the material that has leaked out; however, I haven’t evaluated whether this approach is economically viable.
