We forgot to add an elbow to the outlet of the zero tank in our workshop. Now we need to extract the crude oil from the tank and add an elbow by turning on the fire. However, no matter how we fill the tank with water or pump it out, there is a layer of oil on the surface that cannot be pumped out. I hope you can help me find a way. Thank you!
Of course there will be oil. The temperature is so low now and the viscosity of the oil is so high, it will definitely take a long time to rinse with water. Do you have fire steam there? Use steam to steam the tank, then conduct combustible gas analysis, and start the fire after reaching the fire conditions.
