The LNG projects in Fujian and Guangdong are under construction; they are large-scale projects and are about to go into operation

LNG is not LPG or NGL; it is natural gas that becomes liquid when cooled to -160°C. The natural gas produced in oil/gas fields is formed through liquid removal, acid removal, drying, distillation, and low-temperature condensation, resulting in its volume being reduced to 1/600 of the original amount. It is lighter than air after vaporization. Maintain normal pressure. Colorless, odorless, and non-toxic. Storage at low temperature. It can be heated and vaporized as needed. (Found on the internet)
Currently, the main technologies and equipment for LNG in China are still imported, right?
At present, some small LNG projects can be fully designed independently, including process design and installation work, but key equipment still needs to be imported.
China has built over 40 LNG satellite stations, 1 peak-shaving station, and 2 LNG plants; 4 more LNG plants are under construction. Once all the planned LNG receiving stations are completed, the total storage and transfer capacity will reach 18 million tons per year. China’s LNG industry is in a stage of rapid development. According to China’s LNG utilization plan, domestic production capacity is set to reach 90 billion cubic meters by 2010, and 240 billion cubic meters by 2020. Regarding the import of natural gas, the National Development and Reform Commission estimates that by 2020, China will need to import 35 billion cubic meters, which is equivalent to 2,500 tons per year – seven times the current total volume received by the receiving stations in Guangdong Province.
