A question about a pump model

I often see pump models such as 2.5PWL type/2PW/CQ type. I’m not sure what these numbers and letters mean. Could someone please give me some guidance? The three models I listed are just examples; is there any information available that explains in detail what these numbers and letters represent?
Pumps of the PW(L) type are generally centrifugal sewage pumps. Taking the model you provided as an example: 2.5PWL – 2.5 is the outlet diameter in inches; P stands for pump designed for handling impurities, W stands for sewage, and L denotes a vertical design (horizontal pumps do not have this designation)； 2PW has a similar meaning. CQ type generally refers to stainless steel magnetic pumps. The model designations and meanings of various types of pumps can generally be found online; you might as well search for them yourself.
